My I-140 was filed electronically and then it was transferred over to TSC for processing.
Our company attorney filed my AoS package with NSC based on the job location. Still waiting for the receipts.

Something like this would certainly spread the word in at least the indian/asian community.
Also, PERSONALLY send out emails to linkedln contacts/ various yahoogroups/alumni groups you are part of. I just did that.

Congratulations. Mine was also delivered on the same date, 7/27. Did you get the receipts or your Attorney? Is your case EB2?
My Attorney got it and mailed it to me. My case is EB3. Hope this helps!:)

Exemption of a qualified alien from the availability of visa numbers. So yes, you can file for 485 however unavailable EB2/3/1 visa numbers are.
And I agree with the previous poster that should this SKIL ever pass, it does not matter under which category your employer filed your LC, you are able to go ahead and file for AOS with a post-graduate US STEM degree.

Whoever the lawmaker was who came up with the idea of allocating leftover EB4, EB-5 to EB-1 ! What? the least wanted category giving away its quota to highly deserving EB-1 ? How low can their thinking go ?

Mine is a labor substitution case. Labor PD: 02/2007. I-140 filed on 06/29/2007 in NSC and received the case number and also notice of action (I-797). If it is not a labor substitution case, then it would have been filed in TSC.
I live in Texas and my attorney filed I-1485 in TSC on 08/02/2007.
Whether my I-140 (based on labor substitution) will be transferred to TSC, from NSC? Or my I-485 will be transferred from TSC to NSC? How this transfer of cases from one center to another happening?

Its better to use rental car, as i did landing on june30, 2008 and the canadian customs asked me to either transfer the car or take it back to USA.
